Zlatan scored 10 goals this season, Del Piero scored 7. That doesn't look too bad considering the difference in playing time.

Serie A shines in benefit game Wednesday 16 February, 2005

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Alessandro Del Piero and Gianfranco Zola were on target in last night’s Tsunami Match at the Nou Camp.

The Italian duo netted for Andriy Shevchenko's European XI but it wasn’t enough for victory as Ronaldinho's World XI collected a 6-3 win.

Samuel Eto'o and Ronaldinho put their side 2-0 up in a game where the world’s top players helped to raise money for the tsunami relief fund.

Juventus ace Del Piero made it 2-1, only for Eto'o to give his side a two-goal advantage yet again.

The European team drew level though when the Cagliari pair of Zola (pictured), with a lob, and David Suazo found the back of the net.

But it was Ronaldinho’s men who proved victorious following a brace from Henri Camara and a strike by Cha Du-Ri.

Around 40,000 fans turned up for the game, which was refereed by Pierluigi Collina, with all proceeds going to the FIFA/Asian Football Confederation Tsunami Solidarity Fund.

u won those with Conte, and Ferrara aswell as many others. so when u win things its coz of delpiero? but when u lose its players like appiah, pessoto, van der sar? Team effort people.
Come on,,, Qoute from what I said previously
by scoring memrable goals and HELP Juve on winning trophies. With Del Piero Juve won 5 Scudettos and 8 trophies.

HELP Was the key word. I didn't say he gave juve the trophies. What I was indicating to that he played a major role in winning them. No-one else can say other wise. Who else played major role in it, yes players like Conte, Ferrara, Pessotto, Peruzzi and Buffon, Paolo Sosa, Zidane, Nedved ..etc
It takes a TEAM to win the scudetto or any other trophy, but you can still note a player who was a major help in winning that trophy..

also considering DP shoots all the penalties when he is on the pitch
That's a grand total of two, Bes  And don't forget that one of Zlatan's goals was from the spot too.

Zlatan against Inter. SOOOOOO close to be saved by Toldo...

Whenever Zlatan is to take a penalty I am really nervous. That isnt his good side. Zlatan is one of the last I would pick to take penalties and FreeKicks

Yep, Zlatan's penalties are atrocious. At least he didn't sky it though, like he did against the Netherlands :stress:

It definitely is not. You have to look beyond his achievements on the pitch these days. He still is the player Juventus make the most profit from.
Most profits?

How does Juventus do that?
