Oh oh, I'm watching Alex, the Great is making Materazi a clown. Great great match by Alex.

I just could not stand laughing when I saw he raped Materazi like that. Materazi, what a moron, when our boy passed him, he just didnt know what to do but held his face as if he was punched by a professional boxer.

Typical of him to waste those two chances. Both straight at Julio Cesar. The psychology of it is well familiar. Somehow it's so hard to score when it seems so "easy". To put us ahead that he will do, but to seal the deal? Never could handle that. That's why Iaquinta is golden, he has just the instinct for it.

Anyway, great great night for DP.

I swear there is something wrong with Del Piero's birth certificate, the guy is 18 no doubt in my mind!

Forza Del Piero!!
That was amazing. Del Piero looked very youthful. After a game like this he has got to go the Euros. Up yours, Dona.

Hmm.. I tend to agree, but then again Del Piero did shine in the most important game of the season. Even if he didn't score, he didn't choke.

552 matches, wearing the same shirt. This number contains my memories. It tells about my victories, but unfortunately also about the defeats. A lot of hugs, tears, sometimes the feeling to be dejected, euphoria, suffering, anger, happiness and pride. This has been always my passion, since the first time I touched the ball. All in all, big part of my life.

552 matches, wearing the same shirt.
This number means a lot to me, all the big records I'm gathering in this part of my career. But they don't mean everything, because I have always thought that it's not enough just to reach your goals, the way you reach them isn't less important.

552 matches, wearing the same shirt. I have got to the top in the Juventus history with Gaetano Scirea. That's exactly what I mean when I say the way you reach your aim is important. The way Gaetano Scirea did it. Sometimes I ask myself what do young guys or boys see in me. And I think I would like that they see in me what I saw in him. I'm talking about the man and not only the extraordinary player. That what it means for me to enter people hearts and leave something what is just more than numbers.

552 matches , wearing the same shirt. I have got to the top and I'm proud of it. I stop to have a look who is next to me, the same captain band on the arm. Always with the Juventus, and only with our Juventus. My name's next to that of Scirea, and this is nice. I just want to remember him before going on.

552 matches, I have come up to here. I keep on looking forward to the beginning of the next one, the one I have still to play. Wearing the same shirt.

Nevertheless it's a long standing pattern. That one on one with Julio Cesar was dead easy, it was 2-0 and all he had to do was place it gently. Instead he blasts it at the keeper with no confidence cause he's scared of missing. Purely psychological reaction. And at the same time he's incredibly composed on other occasions (in other matches) when a really precise finish is required. His free kicks were totally useless today as well.

It's a shame this little defect. If not for this, his career would have been a little bit brighter.
