He needs to get WAY better at coaching defense and game control.

Playing with two CMs is almost suicidal, if we are gonna do it, we need to look at which other coaches have succeeded with it. I'm looking at Gasperini, Conte, Pep, all maniacs that micromanage tactics and get their teams to play in unison covering spaces and overloading the mid in different ways. I don't think Tudor can do that.

Hope he tries a 433 at some point.

Considering how shit our midfielders are, we better stack up somewhere else.

Needs to study and prepare the squad with Max hybrid tactics we used to switch to 433 on the fly. This is just a little more reactive Al-legri version playing low block to protect a slow backline with a gk that sucks on air balls and apparently long shots best attribute is reflex saves. For now take the positive and put fino all fine in their heads but shake things up before it gets ugly.

Agree on the lineup. We'll see who from openda/zhegrova/conceicao should start down the line. I also think as long as we don't have a proper anchor man/defensive DM, we will continue to concede from the edge of the penalty box. There is no one to take that space who has good marking
