i know it was just the first game of the season and muscles are heavy, but for god sake Igore we need to win, make this team united and great.
The truth is the deal that didnt happen that hit us the most isnt Osimhen or Gyokeres but Conte...
Tudor isnt a great manager although he is not a terrible one.
This year isnt a year for the Scudetto. It will be another transitional year in which we hope to find ourselves. Top 4 will be even tougher than last year.

there are no more transitional years.

juve is now a club that competes for european spots be it CL or europa. and goes for coppa italia. that's just the level of juve and will be level of juve for next decade

scudetto challenges are reserved for big teams like inter and atalanta and napoli

Think the closest Atalanta ever got to winning Serie A was the Covid season with Sarri's Juve limping over the line, otherwise they've been nowhere near.

They never got seriously close even in the covid season. We had a comfortable 8 pts advantage with 4 rounds to go and we won the league by round 36, so we stopped playing and the final standings give a wrong picture that Inter and Atalanta came close to winning Serie A.

atalanta challenging for scudetti:

their best position in the last 4 years was 3rd, with a gap of 8 points behind the weakest league winner (tied with 3 other teams) since serie a has 20 teams.

and they are still behind jj over these 4 seasons. this is the weakest juventus over any consecutive 4 seasons in a 20 team serie a.

The Scudetto will be a really easy one for Napoli but the fight for top 4 will be tough with Inter Juve Milan Roma Atalanta and Lazio all fighting for top 4.

As for transitional year or current status until said otherwise - Same thing. What I meant is that Juve will compete for top 4 unless major changes happen. Juve definitely have the funds to do it but if they can mix it with a good brain the magic will happen..
It could be Zidane as a coach or even former coach Deschamps, a surprise Klopp or maybe someone we didnt even think about. Tudor doesnt seem like the answer.
In any case Its not just the coach obviously as the club is busy buying the Kellys of the world instead fixing problems the right way.

All Thai displays the highest gap between juve and other winners. Juve never challenged for anything. Why are you loling at juve being shit?

I think Gasperini was the big factor for Atalanta's success. And he building now for Roma

I think Dybala and Soule will have so much fun this season. I think they should sell Dovbyk and buy Vlahovic. With Dybala Soule and Vlahovic they will have chance for UCL

Vlahovic in the right environment will be powerfull again, if the discrepancy for the Dovbyk salaries to get Vlahovic is around 4-5m, Roma should take that gamble

Because what, Fiorentina groom Vlahovic in the image of Batistuta. And in his career he join Roma. And with attacking minded coach like Gasperini he will have more chances, especially the easy one. And once he regain his confidence he will become 70-80m striker again like his day with Fio

How Tudor lined Juventus up in pre-season training camp

First is the 3-4-2-1 that Tudor typically employed during his first few months in charge at the back end of the 2024-25 season, and second was a slightly different set-up, in a 4-2-3-1, similar to how Thiago Motta used to line up before his dismissal last season.
Both systems have seen summer signing Jonathan David start as the sole centre-forward. The 4-2-3-1 saw Kenan Yildiz star in his preferred role as the ‘no.10’, with room for the likes of Francisco Conceicao and Teun Koopmeiners to play in supporting trequartista roles either side of him.
The 4-2-3-1 also allows Andrea Cambiaso and new recruit Joao Mario to play in their natural positions at full-back.

Our WBs can't defend well, so we need 2x top CBs. Then we need a decent midfielder next to Thuram. Then another striker. Then reliable backups since Weah and Mbangula are out. A lot to do when we have to sell players who nobody wants, before we can put money on the table.

Tudor needs to get his head out of his arse. Getting pinned back by Reggiana is a disgrace and if he couldn't outsmart a B-level coach, he needs to look at himself. Also, there were no youth players, so everyone involved in the match had a lot of experience, yet they are struggling to play how Tudor wants. Maybe he's a motivator more than a tactician.

I expect us to easily make the top 4 and be pushing the leader until late in the season. Injuries are no excuse this time because Tudor should have a plan B and C.
Easy I can guarantee it wont be. We might achieve it and might not.
If I need to pick a top 4 right now: Napoli, Inter, Roma, Juve/Milan - I think Atalanta will fall this year, Lazio to fight for CL spot but probably be left with EL spot again. Bologna might do a "Lazio" and might go to upper mid-table status.

I am crazy but I see Milan fighting for the scudetto or at least finishing tied 2nd/3rd for sure.

Milan might fight for the Scudetto but I see them improve only to a certain degree. 2nd or 3rd - possible 4th is possible as well as 5th. It also depends on the transfer market. As things are right now I think Roma are slightly ahead.
Get a top CB and a top CM and who knows we might even give Napoli a push.
