I have not got an answer to an e-mail I sent a couple of days ago. I have heard that there are ways to find out if someone has opened the mail. Anyone who knows of such a program or setting? I use outlook express.

Only way is for your e-mail client to apply some non-standard return receipt junk (this is possible in Outlook) and for the recipient's e-mail client to also be able to recognize said return receipt junk.

Chances are you aren't going to be making a love, or apartment, connection on this one.

Never mind checking if they've received it; how about checking if they've read it and are working on a reply? :fero:

Sorry, I've been "in touch" with a couple of customer services this week. I use the term "in touch" lightly cause it was mostly one way traffic

I hear you, Erik.

I've found in life that at any given time, I'm typically dealing with at least one screw-up of some company that I am doing/have done business with.

Customer service would be so much better if you didn't have idiots and their lameass products/services that needed so much of it in the first place. :(

Indeed. Then again; you and I wouldn't step down an entire ladder to work at a customer services deks would we? So it's tricky to hire high quality individuals for that particular sector.

Still doesn't excuse anyone for making crap products of course :fero:
