HRM has definatley blossomed if you compare it to the status it had in the past.but is a job in HRM as financially good as the one in finance or marketing?or have finance and marketing departments become too 'boring'?

now in my university my doctor say hr in all companys will go to out sourcing and soon many of the people who work in hr will be fired
