I just bought today Splinter Cell Chaos Theory for PC DVD ROM. There are two files in the CD, SCCT.mdf and SCCT.mds. What program should I use to get the game installed, and how can I use that program?

Start with copying those files to your harddisk. Then mount the image with Daemon Tools or similar program.
If you have empty DVD and a burner you can burn it _as an image_ and forget that Daemon-part.

e2: actually I think that copying to HDD is not mandatory, I guess you can mount it directly from the CD/DVD .. I haven't done that but I think it should be no problem
