Help with Virus Needed (1 Viewer)

I got this after my Zone Alarm virus scan. The help button it's referring to gives me a "help not found" message when I click on it.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Why don't you just delete the file? If you can't, get a utility called GiPo Moveonboot, which will let you delete the file automattically the next time you reboot.

I can't even find a folder called "Local Settings" under that address.

in My Computer, go to Tools -> Folder Options -> View,

and under the folder marked "Hidden files and folders", Check "Show hidden files and folders"
