I used to get crippling stomach pains where I thought my stomach was going to explode. Could never tell if i needed a poo or to vomit.

Haven't eaten bread lately and it seems to have stopped. Possibly an allergy?
My girlfriend had that. frequent serious cramps, bellywall very hard and painfull, gassy etc
Did a colonoscopy but nothing. however, a biopt of the large intestine showed she had developped allergy's to a series of products like : yeast, rice, pasta, egg, gluten, the grain used in bread, beer and curry.
Since she's on a diet of various meets and only spelt or potato as carb source, every problem is gone. She even dropped a few percentages in fat and has pretty much the perfect houreglass shape+waistline

How do you actually figure out your body fat percentage? Do you use one of these?

I feel like ramen and tuna is a very bad diet. You're taking in way too much sodium and everyone recommends to not eat fish like tuna more than a couple times a week.

She didn't put up a recent pic tho, so nothing to see.

About the fish, because very very few fish is actually caught in open sea these days. Majority is bred in these aqua farms, on very bad food.

I dont get why this stuff isnt regulated better.

I'd recommand not eating fish at all tbh
Fish is very good for you, in general heart and brain health.

Edit: It's true what you say about fish stock quality, however. But then you can take this to the nth degree with all meat and even some veg that you consume. I grow 50% of my veg, but it's seasonal.

Tuna is like anything - in moderation it's ok. The FDA advisory, for example, is a conservative guideline, just as things like 'best before' dates on certain foods. There are plenty of people who eat a lot of tuna and don't suffer any of the effects recognised with mercury poisoning.

I just came back from Split, four days of hardcore partying with less than 4h of sleep per day, I've lost at least 3kg's, and my legs are sore as hell, but least my abs are more visible now :D

Nothing like non-stop partying to help a 'cut' and get them calf muscles working.

I'm off to Ibiza for a week this Saturday and I plan on doing the same
