Replace all that with steaks (both beef and turkey), chicken fillets (sometimes full chickens), hake fillets, broccoli and eggs
Why would I replace it with that? Sure enough, it sounds much tastier but I'd die if I ate proper meat every day.

Seriously, my diet the past 5 months is more or less:

Breakfast: 200ml yoghurt and some musli
Lunch: Protein salad (chickpeas and chicken)
Dinner: Chicken fillet and veggies, the tuna wrap, salmon and 2 times per week I just have a salad.

Man that sounds horrible to me :D

Eating chicken everyday can be a bit tedious too though I'll admit. Thank god for Cajun seasoning.

Love eating full chickens, make me feel like a real man, then drop kicking the carcass into the bin for added man points

Ah gluten issues. Such a shame basic white bitches fake it cause they think it turns them fat, while the sack of sugar in their starbucks doesnt.

Gluten Intolerance, actually quite a big deal
Gluten allergy, what my girlfriend has, not as bad as intolerance, but still quite the issue

But go in a restaurant without your allergy card, and owners look like you are a steaming turd cause they just assume you are just following a bimbo diet.

Sad really. Fucking basic white bitches.

Yea lol this is random but can u describe her symptoms to me.
She gets crippling stomach cramps and she gets really lethargic/tired for a couple of days after.

If you are worried about being allergic to something/have IBS, try the fodmap diet, removing all trigger foods from your diet for two weeks/until symptoms subside, and reintroduce them progressively to see what the cause is. Or get an allergy test at a doctors.

I've had the same thing, I thought it was gluten and cut it out and it helped a little but came back worse, I cut lactose two weeks ago and changed to soy protein and I've had no issues since. But cheese seems ok, I guess it's unprocessed milk.

I used to get crippling stomach pains where I thought my stomach was going to explode. Could never tell if i needed a poo or to vomit.

Haven't eaten bread lately and it seems to have stopped. Possibly an allergy?

He's not a girl trying to lose weight, he's trying to eat right and gain muscle
As someone mindful of the cost of protein; canned tuna, canned mackerel, turkey, quinoa, quark (or cottage cheese in the US), lamb's liver (if you can stomach it), lentils, Greek yoghurt, skimmed milk, frozen meats and of course whey protein are things I often mix up.

Also @Fint look to buy in bulk when you see offers and freeze stuff like chicken and steaks, as long as you plan on eating them within a month or so. I have a medium-sized chest freezer in the garage than I bought off a mate for about £40 and I just stick things in there every now and then. Useful reduced to clear stuff goes straight in there, you can judge by eye whether something is going to be ok to freeze for a couple of weeks or not.

I used to get 30 chicken fillets for 30 euro in my local butcher, but then the quality started to dip. Things were pumped with water or something because they used to shrivel in the pan.

Wouldn't hurt to shop around though, as I'm going through, on average, 2.5 - 3 fillets per day :D
