So often i get to hear people be like "oh yeah i really should go to a gym/fitness, or work out etc" when i talk about what i do.
And i'll keep repeating, that they shouldnt.
Find a sport you enjoy, and then do it enough to gain the benefits off it. Dont do a sport you dislike.
The callus tears, tendon inflammations, muscle strains/craps/acidity, shot lower back, abstinence of alcohol, arguments about training 8houres+/week / cost of food&supps, rejecting going out to recover etc
You simply dont endure all that shit, at all. You simply dont put up with it, if you dont love the sport. And you wont nearly get the results
