My legs are white from talk. Think baby powder. Its very slippery and allows the bar to move against the leg with less friction.

The white on the hands is chalk, which does the opposite. It dries out the hand for maximum friction

In non ideal circumstances.

Bar had poor knurling so grip was questionable.

Pulled 305, 315, 322(BR), 325 (BR)

The 315 was perfect. For 322 i had to wait 3 extra minutes cause the 1kg discs were missing. Which is kinda tough as you are all hyped up and ready and now need to wait and feel the adrenaline dipping
Between 322 and 325 i injured my knee when i returned to sitting down, so i was pulling with pain in the knee.

In 19 november is the second meet. If i can launch off like i did with the 315 full of rage, i'm confident i should get 331kg. Which is the all time open record on a eleiko bar in Belgium.

Speaking of that, a mate of mine who had only been going to the gym for 6 months did a cycle like two months ago and the dude looks like he's been lifting seriously for 3 years.
