The fitness industry is full of bullshit.

Wanna get big and strong? Eat, train and sleep. Average gym-goers are overthinking it.

.. and if you are a natural it'll take years. Lifting weights is a marathon.

Oh, and eat your fucken vegetables.
And it's not 2 years, but more like 10.

Of course the fitness industry is full of BS. It's because people are weak shit and 99.99% would stop if you told them it takes over 5 years. Everyone wants a quick bulk and a two week diet.

Thats because you dont eat enough red meat.

You know red meat can fill all your

- creatine
- beta alanine/*carnosine
- L-carnitine
- BCAA
- vitamins A, B, K
- hormonal precursors

needs ?

Nope. But I'm not surprised. You can find multiple people thinking this 5% dude is natural

They say, rich piana produces trenbolone naturally :D

Thats why PED's sell so well.

You can be an amazing natural fitness/body trainer. And someone with a little knowledge of steroids catches up in 5 months.

Thats why i like Deadlifting so much. Strenght in the posterior chain takes time, efford, dedication, sacrifice and training like a savage to become good. And a person at a significant lower level cant quickly catch up just like that.

The actual muscles who benefit from aromatising steroids are just secondary in the deadlift.

Strenght and thicknes of the musculus erector spinae and thoracolumbar fascia develop slowly. Steroids have no impact on them

Most people can build a decent physique in 6-8 months.

Not everyone wants to be huge.
Only the beginners when starting impact is the biggest. It slows down and eventually becomes way too small to be seen. That's when majority of people becomes retarded and want to 'bulk up' which in their case is 'I will eat a lot of shit and get bigger' which only means you're getting fat.

I'm amazed by the amount of bulky fatsos in my gym.

How much money would you bet on that ?
Not really a betting person.

I'm thinking more of a starting point for people. Pick a selection of high schoolers who have done no dedicated strength or muscle training ever and you will have different body shapes. Some will be beanpoles who feel like they start at an immediate disadvantage, maybe because they have a higher metabolism or whatever, I think those are what the industry targets as 'ectomorphs'. People like to label things as something to begin with.

Genes do play a part. But yeah, anyone could get huge given the right application and diet.

Thats a scam.

Growth Hormone, which is extremely expensive is the only thing that makes you grow.

- During puberty, it makes your skelet grow
- After puberty, it only makes your bones grow wider, not taller
- It makes your organs grow, which is why modern bodybuilders have a fat gut with abs on it.
- HGH is the best way to get testicular cancer

The only way to grow, is a gruesomely painfull surgery and leg extending recovery. You dont want to do that.

During puberty, hormone secretion causes growth.
Teens with hormone deficiency can grow normally with hormonal injections, like Messi.

It only works during puberty

Height is determined by your bones.

None of those increase the lenght of your bones
Yep, that is a BS list. If someone has a poor posture, then these might help them to improve it, but that's about it.

Yoga can indeed be beneficial, but it is mainly effective in i) improving flexibility ii) recuperation from injury iii) dealing with stress
Everything else is BS.
