no not back, i tore my pec muscle. I was maxing on bench under some pretty bad conditions and i asked someone to spot me and they kinda didnt. I am alsmot back to normal but doc suspects tear might be at the tendon level.

Goddamn, i hope someone trew a plate at that idiot.

TO many people making good progress getting screwed by an injury cause of a spotter not doing his job or paying attention.
Really hope it isnt the tendon, for the recovery time

Can you still perform leg excercises ?

When i broke my metacarpals in my wrist, or strained the rotar cuff, i went on smith squats, hack squats, leg presses, etc, and didnt lost to much force

it keeps the mind at ease

i know man but i am blaming myself fro trusting someone i shouldnt have, yes legs are ok i can even curl and do some tricep exercises after 4 week rest :p

How long does it take you to heal after?

Today I finally started working out, I'm doing OVT again with little adjustments. Also I decided to take only creatine and vitamins as my supplements...

Had my 16km Dam tot Damloop run, broke my personal 5km&10km record untill i picked up a calf injury when i passed the 11km point. Finished it with pain and tears in 2hours. At the finish the medals where gone so it couldn't get any worse!
