Dont know if its also called HIIT but,

on my cardio i do on the bike

1 minute, minimal resistance, 50 rpm (extremely slow)
1 minute, 350 watt resistance, ~110rpm(the increase)
and back the extremely slow

i do 10 increases

i just call it "interval" is this also called HIIT or is that sth else

btw i know trendmill intervals are considered better, but i have had achillis tendenitis from running on hard underground in the past, so i stick to bike. that and i fucking love bikes.

When i started working out intensly 3 months ago, i could barely do 3 pull-ups........ Now, when i excercise my back i do 6 x 10 pull-ups.... 3 x 10 front and 3 x 10 rear. Pull-ups are great for your entire body, its amazing how they develop your whole upper body...

Yes, pull ups work the back and shoulders but whenever you train back shoulder or breast you are also training your arms basically.

So then basically two days would not be enough of a recovery time?

Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Chest/back/abs

No good?
I just screw myself strong.

Honestly. My girlfriend weighs 150 kilos, so when I try to move that fat bitch around, I get one stronk workout.

The muscles on me after I met that fat pig.

Wouldn't it be easier to group the arms muscles together, though?

I need to build like a routine. You know, get different exercises to do for different muscle groups and shit. So far, I kinda mix it up and work out everything at once.

Don't do it. Always do chest and triceps on one day and back and biceps on another. It's easier because you contract those muscles while doing bench press/pullups etc.

I do

chest/shoulders/triceps
back/biceps
legs

Deneb, post that fucking picture already. :p

And holy shit, I'd be happy with looking even half that good.

As do I. And the internet is full of nothing but conflicting information.
