I thought this news deserved it's own thread. A Juve legend will retire at the end of the season and we'll all miss him. Say your "goodbyes" to Pavel and post your favorites memories and best wishes.

What can I say about Pavel. Hard worker that never gives up. I was so happy when he won that Ballon D'Or. I still remember when we got him from Lazio when Moggi sent a private plane in Rome before he could re-sign with them.

Forza Pavel, always my favorite player and I wish our board gives you a job to work with those youngsters and show them how it's done.

What can someone say about one of the worlds greatest footballers of all time.

He is a true leader for the group on and off the field and an example to all players to look up to. It would be a sad day in football history when he retires. I wish there were more footballers like him. He is a player with principles unlike many of todays athletes. I wish he would reconsider and stay longer as one can never fed up of him playing. You stood with us during the good, and especially during the bad times. You were one of the most important reasons why we are back here in the champions league where we belong. I think the whole team and fans owe you to at least win the champions league with you.

I never seen hard working player like this, specially at this age. I will never forget his famous quote, when he quit international football, just to give Juventus 100%. I also can't forget the day when he played in CL and scored a goal, when his father/mother was having operation..
