Chelsea are not very suited to compete with Juventus.

Our system is perfect to beat Juventus, our wingers can go inside and our fullbacks attack a lot.

We trashed Juventus before and we can do it again. Young Fabregas destroyed you that day. Paddy did not know what hit him
Ah, before you became an unambitious feeder team to United, City and Barca.

Check the date of that article. Juventus were coming off two 7th place finishes and two seasons without CL. On top of it, we had some very high earners in the squad. But ever since we got rid of the high earners, we won two league trophies and we made two straight CL seasons.

fair enough

your revenue is still poor though, club is not marketed as well as AC milan and your sponsership money should be higher imo

what has arsenal become :sergio: used to like them when they were having fighting spirit with players like bergkampf, henry, pires, ljungberg, campbell etc... those days ..
yup, they were epic in those days.

Now they are a mockery from the past.

Their first step should be to fire that wanna-be-ferguson wenger

We built a brand new £500millions stadium with not outsource resources. Money does not grow on tree son.

We had a transition period and now we have the revenue to really compete. Can't wait for next season.

ps. We will go further in the Champions league than Juventus next season

A question for those who live in England...

I noticed lately how the Arsenal fans talk about a peniless Juve, that can't afford to buy a good player. Where does it come from?

In the last three summers we spent 216.2 million euros on new players. That's more than 70m eur on average per season. That's like top 5 spenders in Europe. Why would they think that we're penniless?
No real idea. I assume it's because we don't spend it buying a €25m or €30m player.

Also loaning Bendtner and bringing in Anelka might suggest that those were the only players we could afford.
