What a fucking howler. This is ridiculous. A transfer ban would set us back. This is what happens when we become pussies to agents. If we were breaking rules we should have known. Fucking amateurish. We were laughing at the whole donnarumma saga well if give them credit, they stood up to that fat fuck. Something we should have ages ago. Really disappointed in Marotta

Doubt we get a ban but be sure there'll be a hell lot of negative publicity at the club about how Juve are 'bending the rules again'.

I expect a hefty fine if we're found guilty here.

I thought the % were in the contract between Pogba and Raiola, that's why I considered us not at fault. What's with the $$$ @IGOR Tudor says Union payed for Pogba?? 150, 180?

We could be set at an example. Atletico's ban didn't seem to bad as well. I wouldn't rule a ban out at all.

I agree with the irrovocable damage to our reputation though, it couldn't have come at a better time with our new logo.

That's a black point for our management no matter if the investigation happens to end somewhere or not. We should have found a way to pay Mino in another way. His clients are probably spending a considerable amount of their hard earned cash on Ferrari's and other stuff owned by Agnelli's. And if someone can make life in Monaco a bitch for Mino - well these are the same guys.

That's not true.

We received €105M from United and posted a profit of €72M in the official press release. The rest has most probably been paid to Raiola.

That 40m-ish figure that has been reported right now probably includes agent fees from United's side which adds up to it.

But what's true is we had an agreement with Raiola to hand him 20% of the transfer fees when we first signed Pogba. And we're getting investigated for this deal.
Its pretty obvious that its what happened. 30-35m is not a normal agent fee, so there probably was an agreement between Raiola and Juve of a percentage of future sales, which could be considered a way to try and get around the 3rd party ownership rule.
Along with the tickets to Ultras, bringing back a doctor heavily assoiciated with doping, this brings a lot of bad publicity.

Our management should stop fucking around and follow the rules.

So espn were the first to come out with this news. They cited "a FIFA spokesman". But they didn't give his name. Is this really how FIFA announce their disciplinary proceedings?

Probably to protect him and his family. We are talking about mean, thieving piece of $#@! mafia here.
What's annoying is when I Google this whole controversy right from day one it was always "FIFA spokesman". Maybe it's how they communicate but it sure as shit is a pussy way in dealing with things. What's also interesting is news like this always hit the British media first before it even made it's way to Italian.

Calm your tetas, guys.

It won't damage our image as much as you peeps are saying. You got teams like Barcelona and Atletico who have broken the rules and no one really gives a fuck.
:agree:

Messi was just sentenced for tax fraud, the Neymar transfer was a total scandal and Barcelona had a transfer ban.

Ronaldo is being investigated for tax fraud, Mourinho is accused of tax evasion, Modric is going to some trial aswell and Real Madrid had a transfer ban.

Not sure people give a shit honestly. People are fickle, they remember stuff like this for a day or two and after that it's forgotten.

No way in hell we're that stupid. It was obvious a world record fee would bring the spotlight. Also, there was a lot of talk about Mino's commission long before the transfer happened and it was all good.

Why bring this now? Why not at any other time, but at the start of the transfer window, right after we reached the CL? And why not investigate Raiola? He is the one that imposes such deals and moves around players?
