Baggio, my friend, you are crediting all of Marotta's immense moves to luck or happen stance and quite frankly that's 100% bullshit.
Like it or not, he's responsible for Barzagli, Bonucci, Lichtsteiner in defence and Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba in midfield. And quite frankly you can stuff that Conte shit because all those players are huge for their national teams as well and barely had any connection with Conte prior to Juventus. Pogba was starting for France against Spain.

Why do you think he said that? To take the pressure off and show some respect to his current crop? Or he actually meant that the team at his disposal is good enough? Of course you know what the board objective was. Had we won it, that's what the objective would've been according to you.

Whereas you are giving no credit at all to him, which is jsut as bad, if not worse. You do realzie that he wears several hats at Juve. He is not just the transfer director, but he is in charge of balancing the budget as well. That is somehting that Secco, Moggi, and practically every other DS do not have to do.
