"Be patient. The mercato hasn't even started yet give Marotta time" I keep hearing. That doesn't seem to be the attitude of the other clubs directors as they suck the hope out of every big transfer we begin to show interest in. Because we're highly disadvantaged by our budget and our place on the table its only right that Marotta works fast on these big transfers first. Make the offers and get it done. There is no one impeding on our selling of players but there is on our buying of these world class players.

Get ready for more deadline day rejections and a scramble to find replacements.

If Marrotta fails in his job to procure the names mentioned, then he should be relieved of his duties with immediate effect, come July 31st. He doesn't deserve to be here, to begin with. Let alone for two seasons, taking this team two steps back with every opportunity. He's opened his big mouth for the entire second half of the season, so he better deliver now.

The names mentioned by who??? Marotta?? And who do you suppose will take his place? A banned Moggi? A roma-bound sabatini? Who is it that you see as his successor?

And I assume you infer, that krasic, aquilani, bonucci, storari, sorensen, magunsson, quagiarella, matri...are all heavy evidence to confirm that Marotta isn't fit for the job?

 Absolutely. Sure Lo-Pan, he hasn't mentioned any particular names but he has promised quality and not everyone is completely stupid here. If we have a poor start then he should be sacked before the winter mercato. Hopefully someone good enough is out there or maybe Nedved is up to the job although I would prefer someone qualified with some big signings to their name.

Aquilani was a poor signing, the jury is still out on Bonucci and Quag and Matri were good but not resounding successes nor Krasic for that matter. He talks big and that is all he has to show for it? Is that what you want to defend him with? How about all his bad signings? Pepe for 10M, Martinez for 12M, Motta arguably our worst player of the season was 4M. This is not play money. That's 26M euros that I can account for off the top of my head which has been utterly wasted. I think you need to find some better evidence to support your claims that he is worthy for this job.

I actually rate Marino and Corvino quiet highly, the guys at Fiorentina and Napoli. One of them, Marino i think is available. Marrotta isn't the only DS in Italy to begin with, and certainly not the best at his job. You seem to suggest like he's the only one fit to be at Juve. Leaving the far more illustrious Moggi and highly intelligent Sabatini out the equation?

Aquilani at 16m? Bonnucci at 15m? Martinez at 12m? Sorenson and Magnusson, in all honesty are the handiwork of Fabio Paratici. And a third choice Quag and last day Jan signing Matri, for a combined worth of 33m? I keep hearing what a good job he's doing despite the lack of funds. Give me a break. And I won't even touch upon the Trez, Giovinco, Diego saga.

Maybe Marrotta hasn't explicitly mentioned names of our targets, but his lack of discretion makes it more than evident, as to who they are, whether it's tuttosport or the like bringing us the news. To say that "we're looking at players who have qualities like Benzema, Pastore, Aguero, Sanchez." Wtf is that? There's no smoke without fire, and it's not like he's making the media's job any harder by creating any smokescreens like Moggi did. I don't expect him to be better than Moggi, but I certainly expect him to be more competent than Secco. Quiet frankly, he's out of his depth here.
