well what i do is put is pause the picture and click print screen which is located on the keyboard then go to paint then go to edit then paste then the screen u caputre should come up it it doesnt try the steps again. then edit it suite like erase the things u dont want. that the windows way there may have screen capture programs

you can do it very easy with BSplayer
everything you have to do is only click 'p' while playing video in BSplayer
