Only effective way to play Kuba, Zidan and Lucas with the holding midfielders.

Oh and is Kehl back?

Leverkusan just got destroyed and Schalke somehow were ahead and gave up the lead. Doesn't happen much with Magath's teams.

The teams that want to challenge for the title should try to get as much points possible while Bayern are consumed with the Man U game because when they get knocked with will run over everyone.

Magath didn't expect to be up there and says all the time that they are not in the title challenge because the team is still to young, to unbalanced and will drop points in the end -> like yesterday.
Though he'd even say this if they'd be number one with 100 points more than the second.

Whenever i watched Dortmund, i always thought of Zidan as more of a second striker than an attacking mid. How well does he do as an attacking mid??

He plays it that way ( I thought he had a point, as he was longer at Wolfsburg before they became contenders) and he was pissed off that they didn't go for a third.

Will be interesting to see how it pans out. Any chance Dortmund make the CL :D ?

I'm really impressed by Magaths work. First Wolfsburg: Tons of money, bought everyone he wanted for lots of money, created a new team -> Meister.
Now Schalke: No money, keeps bringing in one young talent after another who cost like 200000 and owns the whole league. Let's see where they end up and what the next years bring.

Bah I'm satisfied with EL:D That would be really great if we can keep it together the next weeks and don't lose it in the last second like last year. CL is 5 points ahead, we'll see.

1 FC Bayern München 56 CL
2 FC Schalke 04 55 CL
3 Bayer 04 Leverkusen 53 CL Qual.
4 Borussia Dortmund 48 EL Qual.
5 Werder Bremen 45 EL Qual.
6 Hamburger SV 44
7 VfB Stuttgart 38
8 Eintracht Frankfurt 38
9 1. FSV Mainz 05 38
10 VfL Wolfsburg 37

BTW look how Stuttgart fought his way back up:tup:

I guess an EL spot for Dortmund would be ideal. They don't have the squad for the CL, and progressively improving is the better situation there.

I underestimated Gross as well. Credit to him and their management, its never easy to sell your captain and put the responsibility on a relatively young player in Khdeira.

Magath is impressive, many have tried to put a good Schalke team together and failed. This guy comes in and creates this competitive team that isn't missing much at the moment with high prospects.

I was waiting for Hamburg and Labaddia especially to do well this season but they were simply disappointing.

Schalke or Bayer people ? I have a sneaky feeling Bayer will get one over the royal blues even without Kiessling.

Btw, I liked they people at Leverkusan described their defeat to Dortmund last week. " We were in control in the first half and could have scored a couple of goals, then the second half starts and in a flash we were three goals down and don't know what hit us"

They should expect more of the same from Schalke.
