Some really warped views in this thread. Shocking and a bit dissapointing too.

I dont see why people being born a certain way should be ridiculed and not treated as equals. Thank fuck I live in a Society thats accepts all people of all races, creeds and sexuality etc. I guess I'm just a bleeding heart Westerner

Some people in this thread need to go and into the big bad world and actually meet people that are apparently so "different" to them.
Are you adding anything to this discussion other than trying to sound cool and more open minded than the rest of us? Either bring a decent argument on here or just view this thread. Claiming you live in a better world than some of us here makes you nothing but hypocrite. Just like you'd like people appreciating your view on things or opinion learn to appreciate ours.

According to the experts here children of homosexual parents face problems in schools

I'd appreciate posting the link without mocking or having to feel any bitterness around here.

Concerning children of homosexual parents, I still stand on my opinion that they will face difficulties (of course there are always exceptions) but once you're different than the others it will affect your life somehow(So what I can give you or you can find yourself other links or source that tells you something totally different). Anyway, I don't know why you're focusing on this part so much. The bigger issue than kids facing these kind of problems is having men doing men and people finding it so normal without thinking one can be treated but more like thinking they're born gays.

I know that in my class in whether it was elementary school, high school or college - If we had a kid with homosexual parents he would be eaten alive by the other kids.

Being homosexual is not a disease, though. It is just a difference that some people have to live with, and should be allowed to do so as it is not causing anyone any harm any more so than any heterosexual relationship.

In some schools, that happens to nerds--smart kids, kids who like to read or play trading card games...

Ban nerds! :andy2:
