common sense, my hateful friend !! :p

Roma is not an arch rival of Fiorentina as compared with the rivalry between Juve and I Viola

they will not sell one of their most promising players to us, plain and simple
They sold roberto baggio to us. I mean come on fucking baggio. So I think they will sell anything to us if the price is right.

If future values are taken into consideration (Gio, Marchisio and PDC are established starters for the Azzurini), their combine value may well be several folds than what it is now.

There is a reason as to why Udinese craves for the co-ownerships of the 3 and that is their future potential. Likewise, I am glad Secco saw that as well and not dumb enough to give in to their requests.

nobody really wants to buy D'Ago, that's why Gasparin is plugging him everywhere he goes...let them pose, they will sell him to us eventually
You know i think that Marchisio is much more worthier than Dago, not because he is Juve player but he has shown his abilities in a big squad like Juve, and in very difficult times. I'm very sure if dago was with us last year he would haven been, a Tiago, Poulsen or Almiron Believe me!!!

IMO, we may not get any other big name players to sign with us, regardless of position

Gigli is too busy watching the books
Nothing wrong with that. I'd rather end up 2nd or 3rd in the table than end up in debts and financial scandals that we can't handle. And we all know how "powerful" we've become when it comes down to Italian courts.

If we disregard them selling us Baggio as something different that the transfer situation of today, what do you say of signing Chiellini?

Giovinco and Marchisio must in starting 11...De Ceglie must in Bench for Backup...i think Sissoko + Marchisio will be great for midfield Defence...
and i think Felipe Melo Better than Dagostino
:agree:

Alen, wrong in numbers?
Interesting site but, some of their prices are totally unrealistic...
It can be used as a guide line though, thank you for sharing this!
just saw the sports show where gasparin talked about the d'agostino-deal. the co-ownerships of paolucci (3.5) marchisio (7), giovinco (5) and de ceglie (3) would be worth around 17 million €, which is approximately their asking price for d'ago.
i know it doesn't sum up to 17 million, it's a bit more, but thats what he said.
watch that clip if you understand some italian. its ridiculous.
It is ridiculous. I wonder is he going with that tactic. Is he trying to put some pressure through the media(fans) and present our board, as greedy managers, who dont respect Dago's value? Well, he is destined to fail, because:

Yeah I heard Udinese want to co own our youngsters, 3 of whom would stay at Juve.

If Giovinco gets his playing time and shines with us like he has with the Azzurini, half of him alone would be close to 15mil in the near future.

the clue of all this is that we shall not be the hostage of a small team. at first we tried to sign d ago for 8 mil or something like this. ok this is an acceptable fee. but now 17 mil are too much. there are other better alternatives. let's leave dago - the new pirlo/xabi in udinese and look if they will find someone to pay them 17 mil for him. he is a player that could give something in our team but we should not overpay for him...

Anywhere between 12-15 mil euros is a fair price for the guy IMO. 15 mil should be our highest bid for the guy, he was arguebly the best midfielder in the league last season so I'd say he deserves that price tag.

assuming, in first look, he does not look better than Tiago (price and experience), neither does he look like Poulsen, his international experience his higher too. So we should not rate him so much then get disapointed. Marchisio was a rock for the whole season.

I'm not saying that he is bad or whatever, but he does not fucking deserve 18 mil Euro, that's just too much for a 27 year old who hasn't shown much so far...
And they rate a talent like Giovinco only 9 mil (not even that) arsenal would 20 mil for him!

last season and only, before this he was not better than average. so even 14 or 15 mil are a big gamble for him...

But from what i've heard from some Udinese fanboys that he was great the season before that too but the media didn't really gave much attention to him. Last season was he's best season for sure but i think the guy was good even before that.

If he's gonna make our team click then I'd think a 15 mil euros price is fair for him.

to clear things up .. the market values there are fictional

there are forums on this site where fans can post their estimation of the market value of a player and then the mods decide what value to give the player. these votes are done twice a year and seeing that most of the times the fans of a club will participate on the votes for players for the own team you see those values are not entirely realistic

we shouldn't refer to that website at all, go check D'agostino's price then tell me how much they give for him lol :)
