Too much IMO, thats basically 50 million, for one player who is valued at around 15 million and another who shouldn't sell for anymore then 25 million.

Much. Doesn't mean he won't flop as hard as Almiron, though.
But buying him in package with Sanchez would be a great plus for us. Not only for their understanding on the pitch, but due to the fact they'll find it easier when/if they move to Juve to have a known face besides them.
