People have interpretation issues.

Marotta says that a player will only leave if he requests to.

But it doesn't (or shouldn't) mean that any player that requests any move at any time will be gone.

Not all requests are (or should be) granted.

What it means is that if an important player was sold, he requested to. But not everytime a player requests he will leave.

Who decides what date we start our preseason and our preseason schedule because it surely as hell is fucked up. We not only started late but we took on two teams big teams who are way ahead of us in match fitness and mental prep. we should have done a week Asian tour, most especially when that's where we play supercoppa.

Our preseason programming this year has been disastrous this summer imo, inly one week of physical preparation, 3 games against tough competition in one week and supercoppa in a week time.

Some,players only got back from their summer vacation.

We are playing without our best defender Barzagli and Chiellini, add to that Khedira got injured who will be one of the key players this season / its expected to be.

WE are doing good don't hit the panic button, Asa and Khedira just need some time to regain match fitness it was bad decision to start him today thou.

I agree.

It has to do with reaching CL final though, it took a long time to happen.

Don't know if they could anticipate preseason. But preparation is definitely not the ideal here.
