Approximately how long does it take to get through one season?

Depends, really.. I know a guy who can finish one season in a few hours, he just clicks on continue like a mad man... I probably need 10-15 hours of playing to wrap up one. Maybe even more. I do spend a lot of time searching for players and shit. There is FM Classic, made for people who don't really have enough time to deal with team talks, press conferences and stuff like that. I guess they can finish the season much faster. FM Classic is part of the game, never tried it myself.

Nah. You have several levels. Loves the club, enjoying life at club, happy to stay, willing to listen to offers and looking to leave. Loves the club means he won't leave in next 2-3 years at least. When chairman decides to sell a club, tycoon can jump in with a bid. Or consortium, promotion from within the club (director to take over), even fans can buy the club. Consortium is the best option probably, you usually get some money in the balance and they would probably invest in facilities. Tycoon will surely give some money, but they can just leave in 2-3 years, and if you're left with massive wages and no income from him to help you out, you might get into trouble. Promotion from within of fans options suck ass. You don't get shit for that.

Alright, debut season in France is over, 2nd place, massive success, broke the club record for pts in Ligue 1.

Bunch of Ins and Outs, ditched wingers so I can get some decent central mids and full backs.

Sadly, some of them (Roux, Guebbels) will leave the club next month, don't have money to buy them, initial TB for next season is around 750k.

I'm 15m in red, so yeah... No money whatsoever.

Didn't do much in EL either, Ajax stopped me. Rested few players there, thought they can finish the job, but nope...

Won the league though. Brilliant home form, 17-2-0. When I look at the players at Monaco, Lyon and Marseille, I do wonder how the fuck I managed that, let alone PSG with all their beasts.
