Fiorentina sign Bolatti

Fiorentina have completed the negotiations for Porto striker Mario Ariel Bolatti, who will join his new teammates after his medical tests.

The Viola have confirmed that the transfer of the Argentine ace is now official.

Bolatti - born in 1985 - is a central midfielder, strong in the air but also very skilled. He started his career at Belgrano before moving to Portugal.

In the last year he was on loan at Huracan and nearly won the title back in his homeland.

Bolatti is also an Argentina international and scored the goal against Uruguay back in October that ensured the qualification of the Albiceleste to the World Cup 2010.

:shifty: Err, so which is he?
Can somebody explain why Fio can sign 2 non-EU players? First, Ljajic from Serbia and second this guy Bolatti from Argentina. Is there somebody tell us that we can't bring Rafinha this season because we already loan Caceres from Barca. And we need to sell one of our non-EU players if we want to sign another one this season.

well, since we've sank faster than the Titanic, my hope for the season is that Milan overtakes Inter, and wins the Scudetto

matter of fact, I'd support any team to finish ahead of Inter....too bad it wont be us :sergio:
