That's debatable though I don't agree but the my point was to those who thought that Inter can't win a thing without Ibra even if they get 4 or 5 worldclass players.
I'm pretty sure that no-one said that.

But i'm also sure that if there isn't a good link between midfield and the attackers, they'll win less than they did when Zlatan was there.

It's not a coincidence that they lost to Lazio and couldn't beat Bari, but they destroyed Milan, although i admit that it's still too early for conclusions.

Anyway, this match against Milan tells me nothing. We scored 4 against Milan last year, Inter scored 4 against them few years back. Milan are pathetic lately and you can't measure any team's strenght after a match against this Milan.

You think so? Don't be so sure. When someone says that "Now we can win that Zlatan is gone" or "Eto'o plus cash wont help Inter at all since Zlatan has left" or "No one will fill his gap at Inter", I think you have a good memory to remember these things, unless you weren't checking forums.

And I'm pretty sure that we'll hear this again in-case we win the title this year. I can already imagine it and it'll be fun, real fun.

But i'm also sure that if there isn't a good link between midfield and the attackers, they'll win less than they did when Zlatan was there.
Inter would have won today with or without Sniejder if that's what you're hinting at. They looked more organized and everyone was giving his 100%, unlike Milan, the connection is needed for everyteam between midfield and the attackers, it's not only a theory for Inter. Inter midfielders worked perfectly today and I don't think it was Sneijder that made the difference TBH.

It's not a coincidence that they lost to Lazio and couldn't beat Bari, but they destroyed Milan, although i admit that it's still too early for conclusions.
This doesn't prove anything, Bari was Inter's first match and Lazio was like a preseason match for them. They were not fit, and it's not like Lazio were any better than them.

Anyway, this match against Milan tells me nothing. We scored 4 against Milan last year, Inter scored 4 against them few years back. Milan are pathetic lately and you can't measure any team's strenght after a match against this Milan.
Same here, it doesn't tell me much, but it surely clears the picture and that is Inter can survive without him and they should stop making a drama out of it. They look better and much more organized without him.

Mourinho knew how bad Milan were and thats how he set his team up. They had one pure defensive midfielder and that was zanetti, nobody else and I couldn't believe it initially. It shows how bad Milan were and i think they could have sent Rivas, Jimenez and Andy Van Der Meyde and they would've still won easily.

Add Cambiasso and its their best team, they have good movement and passing. They are obviously way ahead of in their formation as a team. But I see them struggling against smaller teams and as many said this game says nothing.

    Rab,
I agree with you partially. Seeing Inter play today got me thinking alot.
Their team is very similar to our team during the Capello era. They have built a very solid squad and they have a decent coach to run it.

Without Sneijder they don't have the spark in the midfield. The only good thing is, their midfielders are good passers in general (unlike Sissoko, who is very solid but not your best passer.. They are more of C. Zanetti).
I would be very interested in seeing them playing without Sneijder. If you look at their first game, they controlled the game but without a spark.

They are like us last year, when camoranesi doesn't play or he's not in a good mood. The difference is we have Del Piero. Last year they had Ibrahimovic. A player who can take the creativity and produce something extraordinary and unpredictable.

Inter will HAVE to loose the serie a and the champions league if they are to be stopped forever. Because they are slowly turning into, shall I dare and say it, Juventus. And that is not good for us.

When you win trophies you make money and attract players, so you can get them cheaper (in negotiation with them). You don't need to convince them that if they come they will win. Because they know they will. That was one of Moggi's strongest negotiation point. When Moggi approached a player in a team both Moggi and the player would pressure the other team to accept the deal. its like when Real Madrid approached Zidane. Ok they did pay a lot of money, but because they were real madrid Zidane wanted to play for them and he asked to leave to Real Madrid which facilitated his departure (along with 70+ million :D ).

WE HAVE TO BEAT INTER THIS YEAR. If we don't then our investments wouldn't have brought a revenue and inter's investment got them gold.

SO LETS DO IT THIS SEASON.

I admire Maicon's skills though. Together with Cafu, he's the best RB i've seen in my lifetime. The fucktard has absolutely everything
    .
Don't agree there i think that Maicon is a bit overrated here. The guy is good going forward nodoubt about that but he has flaws when defending am not impressed with he's defensive work.

I used to think that Maicon is better definsively than Dani alves but lately am having second thoughts about that too.

As for the best fullbacks, i think the young Zambrotta and Cafu were clearlly better players than Maicon (atleast to me). Maicon is a better goalscorer though but in overall game i think they're better.

Moratti scoffed at Milan, dubbing them “a good training session ahead of Barcelona.”

I guess he chose to kick them in the face one more time even though they were already on the floor and out.

    Why aren't the games at 3 o'clock? I don't like this schedule.

It's better, I can watch Formula 1, AJAX and after that Juve and make my homework at the same time. After that I can watch Comedy Central for Entourage and It's Always Sunny in Philli.. :D

Can you blame them? This is a new territory for them. They are taking in each win & enjoying as much as possible while it lasts.
