i don't know, the new fifa is good, but i've been raised on iss, which then turned into pes since i was a lil nipper, it's almsot like tradition, i like my pro evo, but if it comes to the point where fifa is significantly better ............then, might have to go with fifa

I've been a die-hard Pro Evo fan since PES3, but last year's edition was such a letdown and FIFA improved so much. This can only be good for the gamers, because both games have had their undisputed reigns, but now there's real competition for the top spot in football games.

I got FIFA 09 for PS3 yesterday, but only had time for one game. My first impression is that the manual passing/lobbing/shooting will be a pleasure to master, but I'll definitely have to start playing with the analog stick for maximum control.

The graphics look great, and the little touches are nice e.g. players getting frustrated when they're open but his teammate shoots instead of passing, pointing to where they want the balle etc.

The control is very different from PES (and I don't mean the button configuration), and that'll definitely take some getting used to. I do like the way you can fully control where you take the ball on your first touch though.

I just got it for PS3, and it seems pretty good...just have to get used to some new controls
