well that and compounding the fact hes played his whole career in a mediocre club(that i hate so maybe that has something to do with it). I just think this deal has too many question marks.
Play at a decent level, experienced a fair number of big games, it's a club I imagine is subject to a lot of scrutiny and pressure from the local press and that he has an attachment to the club is likely to mean he will have felt that pressure more than he would have if he'd just been at any old team.
And the Spanish thing doesn't apply here, I don't think, because Llorente is a distinctly un-Spanish type of player.

Still have my doubts on this move, i rate Llorente highly and thinks he's a great stiker, my only concers if he'll fit in a juve style of play.
The pace and intensity Bilbao played with last season probably mean he'll have less of a tactical adjustment to make than most strikers Juve have looked at.
