The only thing that sucks about selling him is that we have like 0 meaningful Italians in the team. ItalJuve is 100% dead.

Chiesa will just dissapear into obscurity in Roma though. Like Dybala did.
another nationalist who cares more about nationality than player impact.

cronios warned us about you in 2011

Mah dude chiesa. Im pretty sure he would have improved here, with a proper midfield and a different coach it was inevitable bar injuries.

But he really really fucked up messing with Giuntoli and betting it all on the euro without even thinking about the new Juve coach.

I really think that bridges were burned and theres no way back now.

Sadly.

He can easily come out and say he wants to stay and prove himself. So methinks chiesa himself wants to leave.

No One knows what happened behind the curtain and media are nonsense, he deserves to get another year. I don't know what went wrong for him at juve , but it's probably not entirely down to him. He wasn't coached effectively during Allegri's and the fact not a single juve player showed any sign of progression during that period is proof of that.

he could and did:

i think that it's about his weight on the balance sheet vs his performances. if he was a double digit player in both goals and assists there would be no problems. but he isn't, and wants a raise. he is having a dybala-like reality check i guess

See im not so sure he would have improved necessarily under Motta. Don't get me wrong I love Chiesa, but we have to look at this differently, Chiesa is an instinctive player, I don't believe he is a 'system' player i.e. someone that would fit in the likes of Man City and in the case of Juve, Motta is a system manager.

Montero even said in his appointment as the next Gen manager he wanted to give the players a sense of belonging, that this really hit home the whole Chiesa saga, he doesn't feel he belongs to the club, he feels he owes the club nothing, but instead wants a significant pay rise (without any real justification that he deserves it since his injury) and yet there is Koopmeiners who is rejecting everyone just to make the move to Juve possible, Chiesa being at Juve or not really doesn't seem to bother him, ultimately it'll be his loss when there is such little interest in him, but I've accepted Chiesa's exit for a few months now.

20ml accepted from Roma
Depends on Chiesa now.

Sounds like we are desperate to get rid of him.

What an absolute fall from grace
I don't believe it, even if it could become reality. Wait for Romano, Di Marzio, Agresti, Pedulla.

Same news was on twitter from "sky" that Atalanta wants 70 million euros for Koopmeiners, no trustworthy source was confirming it.

Wow can't believe. So watch next season #10 and Chiesa come back to haunt us. How does he not get another year/half season under a different manager though I guess Motta doesn't want him. Thought #10 wanted too much but from what I see, has been involved in plenty of goals/assists there though enough goals came from PKs.

Plus maybe not as important as I think, but damn when #10 left I thought who is the go-to player taking spot foul/corners now? I haven't seen anybody on this Juve close to his talent with them.
