I just read on an Italian Juve forum, that the European Court has rendered the previous decision of Rossi & Co. null and void.

ie, apparently we are in A!

Again--please do not flame me if this is not true--I am only passing on the info, OK?

Lou, Juventus has not appealed any decisons to the European Courts. The only court considering our appeal is the one in Rome.

Lou, the best way to find if Juventus is in Serie A is to scan the obituaries on Gazzetta.it and look for the suicide death of one MASSIMO MORATTI. If you find it, then yes, we might be in Serie A.
