I really like the 4-3-1-2 formation with Hamsik in it. We wouldn't get overrun in midfield like in a 4-2-3-1 system and we wouldn't entirely rely on Diego for the spark in attack with Hamsik on the field. Plus those fullbacks can come up quite good so width wouldn't be a big problem.

Wouldn't take a genius to make that formation. Hamsik's agent is pushing him towards Juve apparently plus Napoli are looking at Thiago Motta and Luca Cigarini so it can be done. You can have Lichtsteiner, Motta or Rafinha and even Zuniga on the right it wouldn't make a big difference. Criscito is ours and would cover the left side defensively and sometimes go up.
