Everton have confirmed an interest in Liverpool striker Milan Baros.
The Czech Republic striker's proposed move to Schalke 04 collapsed yesterday as the German club wouldn't match Liverpool's £7m asking price.
It remains to be seen if Everton will be prepared to pay that amount, or if Liverpool would allow the player to join their local rivals.
However, Toffees' chief executive Keith Wyness said: "We are looking at a number of options and we are currently reviewing them all.
And regarding Baros he admitted he is "one of the names on the list".
The 23-year-old is surplus to requirements at Anfield following the arrival of Peter Crouch this summer.
