Immobile offers absolutely nothing to this Italy team. He’s very lucky he is in a seriously depleted talent pool of Italian strikers. He’s purely of use on the counter attack, he’s not quick enough, he can’t control the ball, his hold up play is poor. He’s just not intelligent.

I would quite like to see berardi come on for him, mirror the Spain formation and completely take busquets out of the game with berardi-barella.

yeah but Spain have possession for 70% of all games so really 120 mins for them is like 90 mins for the other teams!

Previous games saw us dominant the left side leaving space on the right for berardi or chiesa...looked more balanced..allows insigne to move central and be more creative. Complete opposite today, that space isn't there...

Fix the midfield and I think everything else will click into play.
