Thats the rule for CL from what I remember when I was last reading about it. But it would be quite stupid if a player that was 8 years in our academy is not counted as homegrown
Its also stupid to suddenly change the non-eu / season to 1 player all of a sudden, and revert it later cause retarded.

Lyon attacking midfielder Nabil Fekir sees Juventus as one of his targets: 'But I also dream of other great teams'.

The 22-year-old had attracted some attention from the Italian clubs, in particular Roberto Mancini's Inter. Should he move to Serie A, however, he already knows where he wants to go.

“Right now I'm at Lyon and I'm happy,” he told Tele Foot. “We still have four games to aim for second place, then we'll see what happens at the end of the season.

“My dream for the future? There are four clubs that I dream of: Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Bayern Munich. We'll see.”

:tuttosport: ?
is he any good?

Amazing player. If he can find back to hes pre injury form, he would be an amazing signing.Could be an opportunity signing, if hes injury means that hes price has dropped enough for us to be able to sign him.
If he is interesting enought...forget all the gotzes... because this smells like a marotta signing from top to bottom.

He can play as an AM or on either wing. Very creative player, with good acceleration, dribbling skills, football IQ and despite being pretty small he is able to hold of bigger and stronger players. Could have a Dybala like impact here, the only question is how he comes back from hes injury. I think he have been out for a half year now. Considering that Beppe was willing to go for Draxler who had just returned from a similar injury last summer, could be a sign that we were ready to gamble if the price was low enough. I just hope Beppe does not start with this 12 mio. plus bonuses bullshit again.
