Zack is right, Toure doesn't play for the team but this is exactly why I want him on Juventus. Maybe he gets a bad rep, which is why I want to take a chance on him. Since 2011 there hasn't been a "lazy" Juventus player. If we do sign Toure then it means our management doesn't believe that either. I think it's a good FREE risk.

We should concentrate on getting a creative outlet for the left side. Isco would be just fine and if we manage to acquire Morata's full contract we can easily offer them 40+M. Given that we can make only a single big investment - 3 out of 4 this is it!

Zaza out for ~30M should cover most of that.

- - - Updated - - -

That is because Van Gaal is stupid.
Martial is amazing on the left. And Van Gaal might be anything, but stupid.

If he is playing Ashley Young as a striker instead of Martial, how is that anything but stupid?

You are actually going to have their 70 million euro investment in Martial play behind the striker?

- - - Updated - - -

And @Zacheryah, I can appreciate your fondness for those who put in the work, even if they are not as skilled. However, we shouldn't have to ask that of all 11 players on the pitch all the time. We do need to have the types of players who can create magic at the drop of a hat, even if it means giving up some of that workrate.
I agree. i've said it in a previous post. I understand if certain players dont track back, i dont like it, but i understand. Del Piero didnt track back one bit for example.

But Toure, doesnt work when his team has the ball, and doesnt work for the team when they have the ball untill he sees chances to score. Thats disgusting.

The moment the team has the ball, i'm expecting creative players to explode and be proactive to find solutions to break the opponent down. I'm expecting them to work togheter. I dont mind if a player is selfish with shooting instead of passing. I do mind if he doesnt want to run untill he can score himself.

Any idea how Gomes is defensively?
Good enough, dont worry about that.

Isco would be a mistake because he's not the creative outlet when the opponent gets tough, and thats exactly when we need one.

The game you are talking about and Ashley Young was a substitute, right?

Anyway Van Gaal had a plan which failed or its execution failed. Nobody knows, but I am certain he had his reasons for playing Young there. Had it worked he would have been called a genius and that wouldn't be fair either. He has won a lot and created a lot of players and clubs - he ain't stupid.

It is too easy to say Young would have been better on the left, he is a natural there and Martial is a natural CF.

Put it like this. We can get a player thats lazy in defence, as long as he stands up and delivers if we face a tough organised/superior opponent.

Isco will just choke, so we should pass

No peasant-abusing rant about the differences between bodybuilding and powerlifting? I am disappoint.
He's moroccan. Why bother.

I really like the direction we are going. If we manage to keep Pogba and Morata, and bring Andre Gomes + Berardi it's a spectacular mercato. Gomes is very very talented, he's creative, and IMO is one of the best signings we could make for the midfield.

Let's try to keep Cuadrado. If we can't, a RB like Danilo would be ideal. But if Cuadrado stays, he should be a starter in the 352. Just gotta keep position.

Let's say:

Berardi IN 25M
Zaza OUT 25M

Morata IN 25M

Cuadrado IN 25M

Gomes IN 25M
Hernanes out free
Asamoah out free

Lemina IN loan renewal
Isla OUT loan renewal

Cheap CB loan IN
Caceres out free

That would be a 10/10 mercato to me.
Zaza stays

We won't give Asamoah or Hernanes for free, if we can't sell we will loan them out

There is simply no other player on the market to play better in tight spaces than Isco. That's the fact Zach. Now he lacks the speed, he lacks the long shots, he lacks strength, he lacks stamina too - all fair assessments. You can add a second best decision making there too, but FFS Zach he is all creativity this kid.
When opponents get tough he is a CM for Madrid, so not exactly in the position to allow himself to easily loose the ball. Either that or he influences the match from the bench with his mind.

Everytime Berardi`s name is up on FI it seems like Berardi`s agent saying everything but the specific words that he doesnt want to join Juve
Here are todays comments: Agent: 'Berardi to Juventus not done’ Then Domenico must show he’s ready to be part of an important squad like Juventus’.
I guess that his agent wont say he is not good enough so why would he say Berardi must show he`s ready to be a part of Juve - It seems a bit weird...

Tuttosport: Blitz Marotta in Madrid, for Morata and Isco.

Here we go again, lol.
yeah lol

but if he really is in Madrid, which there is a good possibility that it is made up completely, hes there to negotiate Morata. Real can sell Isco for 50M anytime they want so we won't even bother about him

No doubt about that. England must loose coefficient places, go desperate for SuperLeague and receive another UEFA ban insted. That'd be great for football.

Yeah, they just call the FEDs and ask for a bailout on Isco. He didn't deliver and they need the money to make profit on him. Life, unfortunately for RM, doesn't work this way, unless you are too big to fail.

Pogba, Dybala, Morata, Cuadrado, Sandro arent enough? Thats half the team that can create something for us

Still a clueless racist like you've always been.
Not really. I train in Hoboken/Kiel. Very large percentage of berber descend moroccans. None of them understand strenght spots. Working out is 100% appearance for them. Looking fit and strong, doesnt matter if you are or not. Either that or fighting sports.
You naming me and bodybuilding in the same phrase confirmed you are oblivious to it aswel.

Actually no. Not to me. Not in the midfield, anyway. And let's not count on Cuadrado being here next year.
And I am talking about something in the middle of the pitch. Right down the middle, baby.

All of those players work pretty hard. Especially Dybala considering he's a major creative outlet yet pulls in so much work.

Honestly ?

It would be the first time that juventus did not redeem a player they considered to have spend a succesfull loan period here.
