Rafa Benitez quite negatively replaced Cisse with Sinama-Pongolle just after the hour while Liverpool were ahead, and it could come back to haunt them as momentum goes Tottenham's way and Pool find themselves chasing the game.

Atouba dispossesses a Liverpool defender deep in the opposition's half and has a go, but it didn't bother Dudek. Well wide.

Corner to Spurs. Brown... nothing comes of it.

Tottenham in possession again. Pedro Mendes sprays it wide left to Atouba, but his cross is easily cut out by Hyypia. Liverpool look to break down their right but Atouba regains possession for the home side.

Gerrard looks for Kewell with a flighted pass but Ledley King meets it with his head.

Liverpool with the ball two minutes into stoppage time. Three mins are to be played.

Full time. Liverpool and particularly Benitez will be disappointed to only get one point from this encounter and alot of people, especially the media are going to question the substitution of Cisse. I only saw the second half and though Djibril wasn't doing much, he's always a threat with his pace and finishing, so..

Your of the female kind right?! Forza Laursen and Villa. I dont support any team in England although Crystal Palace is the nearest team in these parts.
Its all about Villa and Martin L:cool: Hes not the biggest star in the game but hes a former Milan player, Danish international pro player with class gratitude

uhhhhh..........NO. Male. The smilie was because I didn't feel right supporting a team because of one player.

ugh Owen would have helped, from what I've heard, but still overall it sounds like we Liverpool played well, and should have taken three points, especially with a clear penalty earlier in the match. oh well, something to build on

They needed someone who could create chances for Baros and Cisse. Gerrard was often too busy dealing with defending and could only dish out long passes and fire a couple of long range efforts. Kewell was out-of-form, and although I disliked Diouf, they might as well have kept him if they're not planning on acquiring something to play in that position. Is he still with them btw or was he sold? And what foolish club bought him (if so)?
