All I can say is that there are a lot of ignorant football fans out there.
so you think they're ignorant because they dont share your opinion that serie a is the best, well its time to accept things like Serie a is dull and boring, and Rooney is better than any of your Miccoli's,Maresca's and Olivera's.

Ok Fred, listen up. the reason Arsenal are so "good" is because the EPL is filled with weakness, fear, and self-hatred. Arsenal does so bad outside of the league because their teams blows better than a 20 pound ho. Just accept that the "gunners" will never win the Champions League. But they are good enugh in the league to go undefeated in 247 league matches, that shows you how "good" the Barclay is.

fred, do you think Rooney will be better than Adriano?
better than Adriano? Adriano now is one of the best 5 strikers in the world IMO,which i dont predict Rooney will reach at the age of 21,so my answer is no.

@Zlatan,Cassano and Ibrahimovic are already 22 but what have they achieved at NT level?Rooney is 18 and he's already England's top striker in the euro's,he scored a hattrick in his Cl debut and he's performing sensationally for both club and Country,so i think Rooney will be better than both players.as for Martins,IMO he's got nothing but Speed and Stamina,i wouldnt even put his name with rooney's name in the same sentence.Kaka,he's sensational, and its going to be hard for Rooney to reach the level Kaka has reached with Milan.

Rooney is good, we know that, but he'll never be as good as Adriano imo. I personally think that though Rooney is extremely talented, skillful, gifted, whatever, he's overrated by the English. The hype that he receives is incomprehensible to me, and he gets it just because he's English. If Cassano was English he would receive the same treatment, Bojinov might too actually.

The two best strikers in the world are Adriano and Shevchenko, Henry is third.

no offense, but that is complete bull! wtf is that whole "filled with weakness, fear, and self-hatred" supossed to mean? and I don't think that the fact that Arsenal isn't as good in the CL can be attributed to relative league strength-it's probably a result of their tactics and formation etc, which I'm sure Wenger formed the way it is now to win the EPL, for which it has been very effective. their defense isn't great of course, and that's why they aren't doing so well in the CL. Liverpool were unfortunate not to beat Depor at home last week, as they completely out-played them. Manu are definitely not the force in Europe that they were 4 or 5 years ago, but they still are very dangerous. and even if you say that english clubs have not won the CL recently, well what about last year with Porto winning??? surely you wouldn't argue that the Portugese leage is one of the top two or thre? last year Italian teams did horribly in the CL-do you think they are one of the top teams? the year before three Italian teams were in the Semis!!

Good weekend for Chelsea.

Match was a bit boring, Rooney dived IMO, Campbell hardly touched him, yet when Ronaldo is blantly fouled in the penalty area by Cole, the ref gives nothing! Mind you, that would've been 9 pens in 8 games awarded to Man Utd by this ref(and people go on about Juve and refs)....very fishy.

I completely agree. Adriano has all the tools; speed, strength, height, and superb technical ability. Rooney only has about two of those aspects combined.

I just got back from watching it at a friend's house. It was with 2 Arsenal fans, 1 Man Utd fan and 1 temporary Man U fan (me :D)

I saw this coming; it's the beauty of football. Nobody could've written a more perfect script. How poetic... so close, yet so far.

I can't say I've ever supported Man Utd before in my life. It felt weird, but I knew that it was for a good cause.

As Andy said... welcome to reality.
