knöchelverletzung is an injury to your ankles and let me tell you something as someone who had those ... if you have them once and don't let it be repaired under surgery you'll always have problems with it. had the left ligament on the akle torn and got surgery on it no problems since then, let the right one heal by itself (not completely torn) like the doc said and now it is very instable and i will be out every season for at least 2 month because of that if i dont wear a special sock with iron "bars" in it.
