The reason why Fulham was also linked with Elia is because Martin Jol is the coach there. Jol was the one who brought Elia to HSV but then left to Ajax himself a few days later. Elia always said he wants to play for Jol someday. (for people wondering why we were/are battling with Fulham for his signature)

Whats wrong with this guy? He's saying all the wrong things. And I bet dutch people are very hurt that their best player, their keeper and Captain are playing in Italy.

they actually are yes :)

people here hate italy football and serie A and can't believe Stekelenburg choose Roma over to stay one more year at Ajax
and now Elia choosing us above staying at HSV
and that sneijder still is at Merda
van bommel is the only one of who they think fits italy (with his dirty play)
