Did they even watch Diego last season?

He was arguably our best player over the season or are they just going with the media myth that he flopped.
He was our best player, still nowhere near one of the bests of the league. That's exactly how bad our team is and now we are even selling that best player of the team :numnum:

I would like to say a big fuck you to di natale, what an pristine example of Italien favoritism.
Why be angry at someone who has the chance to play for one of the elite clubs in the world. Be angry at those who want to bring him here in the first place. If Juventus were to sign you I wouldn't be cursing you, but the guy who brought you to Juventus. You'd never turn down playing for Juve, would you?

Diego leaving doesn't unduly perturb me.

Not replacing him with someone who is of a similar standard, but more suited to how Del Neri wants to play would appear remarkably foolish, though.

I still suspect Diego will reject a move.

Who wasn't expecting this? Honestly, did you guys see how Marotta built Sampdoria? He had like only 3 foreign players in that team.

OK, than why not selling Amauri and buy Pazzo? And he still needs to sell Zebina, Grygera and Sali. That's his business. Not to sell your best player for less than you pay last year.

Cuz there is no value in Amauri after last season.

You have a interesting point there. So Marotta sees Italians superiour to other nations?
Maybe he thinks its Juve's responsibility to get the Azzurri(Really starting to piss me off this team) back, also, he thinks Italian player know the game much better. I don't know, its beyond crazy whats going on now really.

Selling him makes absolutely no sense AT ALL, for what? Pazzini? how can you replace a player like Diego for a striker?

whos going to get the ball up? we're going to have to resort to long balls and maybe by some miracle Amauri will score more than 5 goals this season

Marotta is going to pay for this..he can expect the ultras to give him a hard time

I'm fairly impassive about selling Diego. He didn't make the difference and he might just be one of those players for years, who knows. Stupid to sell him at a loss.

Seeing your recent comments is like somebody keeps punching me you know where.

It's like you want to jump on my nerves.
What didn't you like about my comment on Diego, Dusan? :D

Is he our best player? Yes. Was he an excellent player (whose departure has to cause depression)? No. We accepted our board selling the likes of Zizou and Inzaghi but we (myself included) can't get over this because we don't have other good players in the team unlike the past and we don't seem to have enough time and money to replace Diego with someone as good.
