Hypothetically, the idea would be to use the money from Ronaldo's sale and wages to bring in Pogba and Zaniolo.

We'd then bring in an understudy to Dybala (maybe someone slightly better than Milik), and we can build from there. We're not going to fix everything in one summer. It's virtually impossible.

He was the focal point at every single team he has been part of. Ronaldo has never sacrificed his style of play, his positioning, or movements but every single player he has ever played with had to accommodate the big star.

That’s because he’s been by far the best player for every club he has played for. Why would he sacrifice “his style of play, his positioning, or movements” for someone that will bring less to the table than he does in his area of the pitch. The same applies to Messi too and virtually every mega star to play for a club. The team works to get the very best out of them because they are the ones that will more often than not produce the goods.
