I’ve tried my best to be more balanced in regards to his activity here and not use him as the main scapegoat, but seriously, aside from a few select exceptions he is overloading the club with expensive mediocre players that also tend to be injury prone, along with multiple young prospects who lack experience too, basically many second string players that are good but not great, and you need great in order to compete for silverware, it’s inevitable that the mentality and confidence within the club will suffer when we keep praising and give responsibilities to players that are below the standard of a big team, and yet we keep piling up on them.

Marottas reputation was even worse than Giuntoli, if anything is hiring Marotta was pretty random but he turned out to be gold. Bit of a hit and miss, I don't blame the board for hiring him, Giuntoli did really well, brought in some great players at Napoli, Kvara, min ho, osimhen etc. Deserves the credit, however he is not made for us, I think we need someone who aligns with our values but most of all someone that brings in leaders, or players with leadership qualities. Marotta did that in his first season alone, brought in bonucci and barzagli. Sadly finding a good sporting director is not easy, with that said Giuntoli still needs to go, I'm not even sure who would be the best choice. As for the board going? Only a scandal can make that happen.

Marotta did badly in his first season at Juve. He turned things around the second season. There's a difference however. Marotta didn't have the money to compete as we do now. We kept having to sell our best players to get new players. Secondly, we were a midtable club back then.

The more I think about it, the worse manager I can't remember.
We've had terrible transfers in the past with poor management decisions, with Diego, Sneijder, Amauri, Poulsen, Melo and... but this season has been the worst.
A complete mess in transfers! A disastrous system of selling young players and buying injured and useless players. In 20 years, we have not suffered as much loss and failure in the transfer market as this year. We do not even have a sponsor! Has such a disaster ever happened in the history of Juve?

At this rate we might soon be investigated by those clowns at FIGC again but this time around for facilitating easy plusvalenze or potentially additional profits for other teams at our own expense after all this costly dry loans and overpriced purchases of flops, along with undervaluing many of our own when we sell/rescind.
