Tacchinardi: “There are many question marks, today I still don't know what this Juve is made of. The team always plays in the same way…. It's an indecipherable Juve…. Koopmeiners is not performing. You see the light every now and then, but then there's total darkness. There is lack of leadership on and off the pitch.”

Never been a fan of conspiracy theories, but now I'm seriously considering the theory De Laurentis sneaked in Giuntoli to Juventus to downgrade us a to random mid-table club.

And he brought in two inter agents to help with the job.
This also.

I don't know man. Every sporting director can have misses on the market, but you can't have 20 misses in a year and a half while spending and committing half a billion euros. You can't treat legend of the club and the captain like trash. You can't oust players and then return them to the squad 2 weeks later.

Those are just some of the amateurish things this guy did.

You can't be that bad at your job unless there is a hidden agenda.

The biggiest issue with Giuntoli besides how horribly he deals with conflicts/disputes (Chiesa, Mckennie, Danilo, soon Vlahovic), is his choice of coach.

That defines everything, his midfield signings could all objectively work much better under a better manager. His defence signings tho, they genuinely feel all over the place. Combo of penny pinching and being told by Motta I want CBs that can play fullback and he just gets whoever. Kalulu worked out wonderfully, but everything else feels scattered and random.

It took him 6 months to get a 2nd CF in the team. And that doesn't even feel like its for depth purposes since it looks like we will get rid of Vlahovic in few months, so we will be back in square one then.

Hope he gets Jonathan David freebie. Don't make another Marcus Thuram type miss.

You're underestimating him. Because he has shown he can do all those things, without breaking a sweat.
No worries though, this season doesn't count. Next season will be his first real season in charge.

On a more serious note: I'm starting to believe that it's going to take longer to recover from the mess he's creating than it did for us to recover from Calciopoli.

Our net spend this season until now in transfer market -€86.1m (revenue €103.1m, spend €189.5m). As comparison Napoli net spend is -€67.5m with the sale of Kvara. It's not €500m (half billion).
We can spend as we also reduced our wage bill.

Hindsight will always been good but people here will cricitize him if we spent €30m for Lukaku, €30.5m for McTorminay, €28m for Neres. But all of them play well for Napoli.

For us, i expect we get better but after we almost change all the squad, we have issue with injury especially Bremer and Cabal. As Tek said in interview Giu is honest and available.
Regarding Weston McKennie, if Giuntoli or our club management is really bad, i dont think McKennie will choose to stay here and extend with a lower salary he requested to Aston Villa

And we haven't even recovered from the other mess
