This is funny. Let's say this happens,

the goalkeeper and his teammate (defender) were to catch the ball, the keeper clashes with the defender, if

1) goalkeeper falls down injured, the defender gets a red card for injuring the keeper

2) If the player is injured, the keeper gets sent off.

Refereeing standards have been getting lower all over the world. The guy who refereed the legendary Italy - South Korea match at the 2002 world cup (you know, with the red card for Totti, the disallowed goal and the silly penalty) is a good example. He got even more controversial when he gave 14 minutes of injury time back in his own league.
