After the likes of Maldini, Del Piero, Totti, Montella then to Gravesen, Rab, Cassano and Beckham now It's Ronaldo's turn. (Not to also forget Buffon's statement that saw him bashing Crapello 2days ago.

Capello Takes Another Shot At Ronaldo As Exchange Continues

Don Fabio has lashed out at Ronaldo's fitness and attitude as the war of words between the two continues. He also suggested that he had considered sending El Fenomeno to the Real Madrid B team.

"Ronaldo requests that I play him, and that is fine, but soon he gets a cramp," said a frustrated Capello in an interview to dpa. "Luckily for us, everything becomes clear on the pitch.

Ronaldo was unable to finish Sunday's game against Celta Vigo, and Capello reaffirmed that El Fenomeno's fitness was still way off the mark.

"Ronaldo must improve a lot," said the Italian."A match is not the same as a training session, and is always more demanding. You come up against rivals who will not allow you to rest.

"Against Celta, he had cramps after 60 minutes. He did some good things, but has a lot to improve upon."

The Real Madrid coach also confessed that he had though about sending Ronaldo to play for Real Madrid Castille, their B team, currently in the Second Division. In Spain, there are constraints on players playing in both the senior and junior teams.

"Ronaldo lacks movement and speed," said Capello. "In Spanish football there is something that I do not understand. If we have a team in the Second Division, why can we not use it so that players who need match fitness can compete? It should not be like this."

We must now wait and see how Ronaldo responds to suggestions of being sent to the B team to find his from and fitness.

Real will have to decide...its either Capello or half the Real Madrid squad...some1 will have to go
Thats what I was thinking of. I believe atleast 4players will be leaving either on January or they'll wait for summer transfer.

can't see anything wrong with what he said, ronaldo's fitness is really way under-par.

I can actually see lot of things wrong. If It was only Ronaldo, I wouldn't have opened a thread about it, but just take a look at that list....don't tell me It's all players fault?

I feel like having a fight with Crapello again.

i'm not implying it's anyone's fault, as i don't really care, but point is ronaldo is far from a good physical shape and no one can deny that. that in mind capello was right to criticise him, perhaps he gets himself together, though i doubt it, and once again, i don't care.

    Ronaldo should not be whining.

The first time Crapello is right.

Although sending him to Real Madrid "B" team is humiliating.

But hey, Crapello is old Rome-emperor.

Capello is a ass wipe and has always struggled with managing his whole squad always having busts with players for stupid reasons mostly because he dislikes the player , but lets b honest Ronaldo needed a good clip around the ears along time ago! His got away with his below par fitness for long enough this is a professional sport lets not forget... as Vlatko said i wouldnt loose sleep over it!

The problem is that nobody is ready to bench him for a long time or freeze him out of the 1st team squad becoz he is RONALDO...and also he is not prepared to listen to any1...EVERY1 has told ronaldo to lose weight but he simply doesnt listen...I think Inter ruined Ronaldo by giving him so much freedom and by making him feel he is the king of Milan...and they r repeating the same with Adriano...

I dont say Inter ruined Ronaldo, Ronaldo is a case of the success burning his hunger to improve and better himself !:agree: He hit a heights where he won everything there is to win the hunger for success is dieing if not dead, plus the horrific injures he proberly questions is it worth getting his body to that point and than breaking down , is he questioning himself if its all worth it... Why he has let himself go to this point is the question? He doesnt oooouuuzzeee the killer instinct he once had i dont think he will die to play football like he would. I dont know what going through his head or what the situation is exactly but there is a problem......
Ronaldo needs a change he loves Italy, Milan need a striker if they can get this guy motivated fit and in form he may just b back! Never count out champions..

Capello is not exactly the man to help either! :agree: The team has been torn apart and is playing like individuals like they have in recent years!

Luckily for Ronnie those injuries did not affect hsi game too much...he still has good pace dribbling and legendary finishing...but I cant remeber the last time Ronaldo was a factor in league football...for NT he was good in 2002 and thats about it...
