Capello opts for reserves

Juventus will give some of their forgotten players a chance to impress in their Coppa Italia game.
The Bianconeri face Atalanta on Friday and boss Fabio Capello has confirmed that he will give his less-used squad members a chance.
"This is the right opportunity for people to illustrate their worth," the tactician said on Thursday.
"Fortunately my players all accept my decisions and those of the club without moaning.
"Up until now I’ve been rather lucky to have had so many players at my disposal, so it was inevitable that some wouldn’t feature very regularly. They will get their chance tomorrow."
Whispers suggest that Mark Iuliano and Nicola Legrottaglie will start in defence, while Olivier Kapo and Marcelo Zalayeta should be fielded in attack.
Although the tactician insists that the Italian Cup isn’t a priority, he’s eager to do well in the competition.
"The Coppa is undoubtedly a level below the Scudetto and the Champions’ League but we want to go as far as possible," added the former Roma boss.
Capello concluded by commenting on David Trezeguet, who will return to Italy on Friday to continue his rehabilitation from shoulder surgery.
"From what I can see there are no problems, everything is going as planned," he noted. Trez should be back in action by the middle of January.
