I've just run into a problem which has never come up before. It goes like this. I'm managing Chelsea. I've won the EPL 7 times consecutively. I bought this 27-year-old Egyptian right-winger last year ona 2 year deal. This year I promoted him to starter. He's excellent. No problems so far.

He says that he wants to be transfer-listed. He wants a new challenge. WTF? I've seen this in 35-year-olds, but why him? I've only a year on his contract, so I need to sort this fast. Help!
